Getting Ready
I typically arrive 2-3 hours before the ceremony to capture getting ready shots of the couple, as well as any details such as the dress, shoes, rings, and flowers. My biggest advice to bride's is be sure to not go last for hair and makeup. It's best to be mostly ready by the time I arrive so we can focus on capturing all the special moments (ie. mom helping you put on dress, first look with bridesmaids etc).
First Look
I couldn't recommend this more! A first look allows the couple the chance to have a more private, intimate moment with their partner as well as get all those wedding jitters out before walking down the isle. Another perk is that you are mostly done all your couple / bridal party portraits before your ceremony. This way you get to soak up more time socializing with all your guests during cocktail hour!
Bridal Party
Next up, bridal party!
This includes shots of you and your bridesmaids, groomsmen, and full squad before the drinks start flowing and everyone's heads are a little less clear (>ᴗ•)
I usually recommend a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes depending on the size of your bridal party.
Ceremony
During the ceremony, I will be a fly on the wall capturing all the key moments from all the angles possible. From walking down the isle, the exchange of vows and rings, candid guest reactions and the first kiss. Soak in every minute while you promise forever to each other.

Family Photos
The photographer will typically take formal family portraits. It's important to create a shot list beforehand to ensure that all the necessary family members are included.
Cocktail Hour
I put together a Pinterest board and invite you to collab. This includes all the inspiration for your wedding photos so I nail it the first time.
Reception
During the reception, the photographer will capture shots of the decor, speeches, first dance, and other important moments.
Departure
If the couple is doing a formal exit, such as a sparkler send-off, the photographer will typically stick around to capture those final shots.
