Brianna & Matt decided to explore Gastown Vancouver for their engagement shoot. After many years of doing long distance, the giggles and excitement they had celebrating their engagement was palpable and infectious as we explored the city.
Why choose a city engagement shoot instead of nature?
If you happen to be getting married at a more outdoorsy venue surrounded by nature, I usually recommend switching it up for your engagement session and going for a more city / industrial vibe so you can have the best of both worlds! After a decade of shooting around Vancouver, I have a list of my favourite go-to spots that allows you to capture that city vibe while also avoiding the hustle and bustle of passersby.
